Petland Novi has the best costumer service! Each of their employees are knowledgeable and you can tell they really care about the puppies. Even after I went home, they called to check on how my puppy was doing and gave me advice for the care of my puppy at her new home. Also, each product the employee suggested I buy came in handy and I actually needed. Unlike other stores that might just try to sell you things. Petland knew what I would need to take care of my new furry friend.
