I just purchased a bulldog from here and my experience was wonderful from the start , the first meet and greet appt with him ..the communication was good while waiting on our dog while away at the vet because he became sick ..so we had to wait awhile but they assured us he would be fine and available once he all better..Today we got a call saying he was back from the vet and ready to go home!! I was so excited he looked much better too! The sales associate that worked with me was amazing great attitude and customer service! I would definitely recommend petlandnovi to others and I will be returning as a loyal customer! The staff is great keep up the good work!

Very great place to buy your next or first pet. Sabrina was the one that assisted us. She was very eager to help and inform us of each breed we looked at. Walked out with a beautiful Froston and much more supplies.

Gage was a helpful, knowledgeable and friendly manager here. He knew we lost our dog Anubis of 10 years and was very sympathetic when showing us Bear. We took our puppy for its first vet visit and he was perfect in health and all shots updated. Thank you so much for choosing the best puppy for our dog filled family.

Great service, they really work with you and explain everything. Very clean and they send you home with a cage kit! Definitely would come back!
