Love coming to Petland Novi! Every time I have been out here has been a wonderful experience. The store is always nice and clean, and the staff is always very friendly and attentive! They always have all the products I'm looking for, and they want only the best for all of our little fur friends. I have only great things to say of Petland Novi!

last november i purchased my yorkshire terrior, he became beyond my expectations. Lucky, is the most energetic lovable creature i have ever came upon. I couldn't thank Petland enough for taking care of my pet as well as they did. Thanks to Petland for taking upmost care of Lucky I appreciate all that you guys did.

My sisters bullet dog came from this location and she is the cutest happiest puppy ever. I also love all the pictures of al the dogs dressed up, I just wish I could adopt them all!! Great store!!

I bought my dog from here a few yrs ago and couldn't be happier. He has added so much happiness to our family. I never thought we would own a dog due to my son's issues with asperger's... Dogs in general would shy away due to his loud nature...but our Groot not only warmed righted up to him, he Cry's when he sees my son. Defiantly would recommend this place if you're looking for a puppy.

The staff here is super helpful. I went on a Saturday at noon, there were customers everywhere. The place was a mad house. But the employee who first started to help me never stopped helping. I now have a furry, 4 legged friend thanks to the amazing staff!

We got our dog Peaches here 13 years ago, through all the moves and everything she's still alive and one of the best dogs I've met. Happy I could grow up with her.

Holley was amazing and very helpful for a new dog owner. She was very thorough with everything, she was awesome. When we fist came in, and just as helpful when we came back to pick up our new puppy.
