Petland in Novi has an extremely helpful staff. They provided us with the information and supplies we needed to start the journey as puppy owners. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I recieved there. We have one happy puppy! :)

Love coming to this store, every time I visit the Novi Mall Petland is the highlight of my trip. (That's saying a lot because I love shopping!!!) A lot of pet stores are dirty and the staff can be unfriendly, but this store is always clean and someone always welcomes you into the store no matter how busy they.

I have been inside of Petland Novi a couple of times now and had a great experience each time. The dogs are very well cared for and it is exceptionally sanitary inside. If you are thinking of investing in a new puppy, Petland Novi is the place to go!

I couldn't have asked for better service in selecting the perfect dog for me. Born on the day I lost my grandfather Bear as been the perfect pet since we first met in the store. A huge thank you to Steven. You were amazing. All the staff were completely nice and very helpful. I can't express how thankful I am of PetLand Novi.

We have not purchased a pet from Petland Novi yet; that where be when we go to purchase our next dog. We have seen hundreds of posts of discussing care for their adorable dogs and they look as though they have every possible dog supply in stock! I cannot wait to adopt our next little fur baby from them!

I haven't adopted a dog from Petland but I LOVE seeing the puppy pictures on my Facebook feed. After browsing their website it seems like they really care for their animals. Definitely would consider adopting from Petland Novi in the future!

I love this store. I didn't get my puppy from them, but I shop there quite often. Everyone is very helpful and offer all types of advice. You can tell they love what they do and the pets.

Petland Novi knows that our pets are our family. Their caring and thoughtfulness extends to all those who love and care dearly for their fur babies.
